Most Expensive Divorce
The conflict in marriage is usually followed by a legal act that may not always coincide with a couple’s emotional tearing asunder. Divorce is typically a painful process for this type of problems. Divorce is the termination of martial union, the canceling of the legal duties and responsibilities of marriage and the dissolving of the bonds of matrimony between married couples.
Divorce is unlike annulment which declares the marriage null and void. Divorce laws vary considerably around the world, but in most countries it requires the sanction of a court or other authority in a legal process. The legal process of divorce may also involve issues of alimony, child custody, child support, distribution of property, and division of debt. In most countries monogamy is required by law, so divorce allows each former partner to marry another; where polygyny is legal but polyandry is not, divorce allows the woman to marry a new husband.
Divorce is a very stressful experience affecting very much of your finances, living arrangements, household jobs, schedules and more. If the family includes children, they will surely be the ones who will be deeply affected by it.
There are common mistakes that usually lead marriage into a bitter divorce. Cheating tops them all as many of us believe that if their partner cheated on them, they will have to end their relationship. Although not every couple feels this way about it, but the again, once trust has been broken, it’s hard to fix it back again. The person who cheated may feel sorry for his or her actions but the person who was cheated on, often times, feels so betrayed that they can’t move on with it. They just continue to punish their partners for the deep hurt they feel and the relationship ends up in a divorce.
Dishonesty is another factor. Some of us believe that dishonesty involves those incidents when they deliberately say things they know are not true at all, it is neglecting to tell the truth. Remember, when trust is abused or broken, some cannot maintain the same kind of relationship that you had. Abuse is one of the most awful reasons of divorced marriage. When spouse hits their partners or physically, worst, sexually abuse their children, the relationship automatically ends there. Also, major changes in priorities could lead to a divorce. People grown and change, sometimes they grow together in the same direction but there are some others where they grow apart. There are people who never change and are the same for a long time in their marriage, but there are some who don’t. This is a communication issue right here, where in the couple fails to talk to each other about things they feel would lead their marriage into deep jeopardy.
Divorce is a really expensive act to do; and as of today, oil billionaire Harold Hamm’s divorce has been recorded as the world’s most expensive divorce at over $5 billion. It is even said that this divorce could actually split up control of America’s fastest growing oil company and lead to record breaking paycheck for the wife who claims her husband to have cheated on her.
